COACHING

From the County Administrator.

Terry Mizen has kindly agreed to act as Implementation Coordinator. In the coming weeks, he hopes that all personnel (volunteers) will be in place to carry out all the recommendations that the subcommittee has agreed on. I am pleased to report that all of the County Executives have accepted and adopted this report with all its recommendations. That is including Outdoor and Indoor County Associations. That means that the County of Essex will be following the agreed recommendations in the foreseeable future. Greg Moss and I would like to go on record thanking the sub-committee and also the coaches who attended the Open Meeting at Falcon in February, for their help, guidance and contribution. This agreed report has been sent to both Bowls England (Coach Bowls), EIBA Ltd and EBCS.
